On September 29, the Appellate Practice Section’s Outreach Committee hosted the latest installment of Table of Authorities. The virtual program, now in its third year, fosters an open dialogue between newer section members, section leadership, and the judiciary regarding effective advocacy, professionalism, and other general practice pointers. The featured speaker was Chief Judge Dan Traver from Florida’s Sixth District Court of Appeal, and the moderator was Brandon K. Breslow, the Section’s Outreach Committee Chair and a Partner at Kynes, Markman & Felman, P.A. in Tampa. The Table of Authorities program is hosted by Outreach Committee Vice Chair Alison Preston.
